Negative calorie foods should be eaten in their natural state.
If you cook a negative calorie food or if you add butter and other things to them, it will changes the caloric makeup of the food.

The name negative calorie diet is a little bit misleading.
there is no food out there with zero calories.
When you eat something, your body produces enzymes to help break down the calories contained in the food.
Negative Calorie diet means you burn more to digest the food than what it's bringing in.
