I've been on Atkins now for almost 2 months.
I've noticed a few times during this diet I have the desire to eat junk food. I want cookies, chocolate covered popcorn, chili, jello, nuts, pie, cereal, milk. These are all things that I can't have on the induction plan. Why am I wanting these and what else can I have in place of it?
I have eatten the entire night here at work and I can't stop. what is going on?
I'm not hungry...
I just want to eat it and now I feel awful about what I've done. Is there something we can eat that is sweet on this diet?
I've tried sugar free candies but that makes me very very sick. please send me your suggestions!
