Loosing Weight Requires Discipline

Losing weight requires things like discipline, commitment and motivation.

You say that you are trying to loose weiight and you've been eating lots of junk food.

That says that you are not committed to loosing weight

losing weight is one of the hardest things to do, you have to change your eating habits and you have to give yourself enough time to get used to it.
