Same Thing Happened To Me

I was on the Atkins diet for 2mos.

and did'nt lose a pound.

On the other hand, my sister lost approx.

60 pounds.

Some in the 2 mos.

that I was on and gave up and she continued on.

Our body shapes are different.

She would be more pear shaped and I'm apple shaped.

We were eating the same foods.

I bought the book and she did'nt.

Go figure!! I think the differences in our shapes played a role.
