Types Of Weight Loss Pills

There are two types of weight loss pills:

1 - Appetite Suppressants

Appetite Suppressants are designed to suppress or stop your hunger.

Appetite Suppressants can work on a chemical level, by fooling the brain into thinking you are full or or on a physical level by actually filling your the stomach

All the weight loss diet pill in the appetite suppressant category uses one of these methods or a combination of the two.

2 - Fat Burners

Weight loss pills classified as fat burners work differently from appetite suppressants.

Fat burners are essentially pills which contain certain herbal ingredients such as Ephedra, HCA, Chitosan and Pyruvate, all of which claim to either increase energy, stimulate your metabolism and/or suppress your appetite.

Fat burners are designed to do one of two things.

They either reduce the amount of fat that your body stores by blocking carbohydrates or they aid in the natural burning of body fat calories.

These types of weight loss pills are also known as Thermogenic.
